These terms apply when you use thewholebowl.ca, order.thewholebowl.ca, our meal prep ordering site, or place an order with The Whole Bowl. By using our site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, reach out before you order.
You're welcome to browse our menu, place orders, and use our site for its intended purpose: finding and ordering food from us. Please don't misuse the site, try to interfere with how it runs, or copy our content for your own commercial use without asking first.
Placing an order through our site or in person means you're agreeing to pay the listed price for the items you selected, plus any applicable tax. Our Ordering Policy covers pickup, delivery, cancellations, and other order-specific details, and forms part of these terms.
Program. Whole Bowl Meal Prep sends delivery notifications and menu reminders by text message to customers who have provided a mobile number and opted in.
Frequency. Approximately 1–2 messages per week, plus notifications on days we are delivering to you.
Cost. We do not charge for the messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or ARRÊT.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at Info@TheWholeBowl.ca.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can order from us without agreeing to receive marketing text messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number.
The content on this site, including our recipes, photography, and branding, belongs to The Whole Bowl. You're welcome to share a link to our site or a post, but please don't reproduce our content elsewhere without asking us first.
We do our best to keep our menu, pricing, and nutrition information accurate and our site running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or our food, beyond replacing or refunding the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
